Hi!

Due to my current flatmate moving out, I’m looking for a new professional to take over the room from late July.

The bright and generously sized bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, large double wardrobe, desk, and a private en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower.

The flat itself is light and spacious, featuring:

-A fully equipped separate kitchen
-A large living room with balcony
-Ample storage space
-Two bathrooms in total (you’ll have your own)

We’re tidy and organised — we keep the kitchen clean and share the cleaning of common areas.

Location

Excellent West End location, just a short walk from Kelvinhall Subway, and very close to all the amenities on Byres Road and in Partick. It’s also within easy walking distance to Glasgow University.

You’ll be sharing with me — I’m 29, a working professional in the renewable energy sector. The flat is managed through an agency on a shared lease. Please note there is council tax on top of the rent, so I’m ideally looking for a working professional or someone happy to share this cost.
