2 rooms available in Bright Woodlands Flat!

Hi all! I’m looking for two new flatmates to join me in a flat on West Princes St! My lovely flatmates are unfortunately moving back to Edinburgh so I’m on the search!

There are two bedrooms available. One for 560 and one for 530 (this is just how the three of us separate the rent!)

We are on the second floor so we get a lot of light. We have a shared bathroom and a very spacious kitchen/ living room that we’ve spent many lovely evenings in! Our building also has a shared garden at the back.

- GSA graduate
- 24 year old professional in fashion
- I’m a queer gal so I’d definitely prefer to live with similar folk! But I am pretty open! Students and couples are welcome to message!
- Likes: hiking, watching films as a flat, going for a pint, crafting/art, gigs, reading, playing football

More about the flat:
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Kelvinbridge subway and Kelvingrove park which is so lovely especially during the spring/summer months! It’s also a short walk to UofG if you are studying.

Ideal move in date is June 28th but I have a little flexibility with this if you need. This would be signing a new rolling contract. Our bills (Wifi/energy) are usually around 50/month but this can depend on the time of year. We are in Council Tax band D.

There are two rooms available! They both come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and possibly a desk (might not just be the one pictured).
