I’m looking for two friendly and considerate flatmates to share my spacious three-bedroom tenement flat in the heart of Hyndland, one of Glasgow’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

About the Flat
The flat is a second floor classic Glasgow tenement full of character, high ceilings, large windows, and generously sized rooms. It has a bright living room, a modern kitchen, and a recently renovated shared bathroom.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Hyndland train station there is a great selection of local cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to the West End and for the city centre it's a short bus or train from Hyndland station.

About Me
I’m John, 28, originally from Scotland and working as an actor. I'm also a mature student of languages (Spanish and Scots Gàidhlig).

I’m sociable and enjoy good conversation, cooking, music, and the occasional glass of wine or pint. I keep the flat tidy and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming home rather than just a place to sleep. I’m equally happy sharing a meal and a chat in the kitchen or respecting each other’s space when life gets busy.
