Hi!
I’m looking for a student to take over the remaining 3 months of my contract for a Classic En-suite room at Clifton & Stewart House (Clifton House building).
The takeover is handled officially and securely through the accommodation management team for your peace of mind.

‣Fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and plenty of storage space.
‣Access to a large, fully equipped shared kitchen and living area.
‣Average room size is a comfortable 13.6m².

‣Large common social area, games area, craft room, and a TV/living space.

Dates & Price:
●Available from: 1st June 2026 to 28th August 2026 (Dates can be slightly flexible if needed, but minimum 3 months per building policy).
●Price: £189 per week (approximately £821/month).
●All Bills Included: High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas, and contents insurance are entirely covered in the price. Takeover Fee: £0 (Management does not charge a fee for processing this takeover).

Note: Per management rules, you must be a registered student to legally take over this contract.
