Double Bedroom in West End Glasgow

We're looking for a flatmate in our basement flat in West Princes Street in Woodlands. Despite being in the basement, the room does get daylight through the window.

Rent is inclusive of all bills i. e. electricity, gas, wifi, and council tax.

We both have full time jobs, and are outside the flat most of the time. Since there's no shared living room, we don't socialise much inside the flat, but are open to going out for drinks.
