Double Bedroom in West End Glasgow

We're looking for a flatmate in our basement flat in West Princes Street in Woodlands. Despite being in the basement, the room does get daylight through the window.

Room is getting repainted either this weekend or the next.

Rent is inclusive of all bills i. e. electricity, gas, wifi, and council tax.

St George's Cross subway station is about a minute's walk away.
Bus stop for buses going to town is 7min walk away.
Sauchiehall Street is a 10min walk away.
Charing Cross train station is 15min walk away.

We both have full time jobs, and are outside the flat most of the time. Since there's no shared living room, we don't socialise much inside the flat, but are open to going out for drinks or something.
