Room available in Hyndland (short-let)

Hi all! I’m looking for someone to occupy my lovely room near Hyndland station whilst I’m away.

The move in date would be around the 29th-1st of July. The move out date can be discussed but would be around the 15th of August.

About the flat:
The flatmate you would be sharing with is Liza (24) and an MSc student in Global Health. She is a real nerd about anything film and music related and will be busy over the summer with her dissertation.

My room has a wardrobe, two drawers, a shelf, a double bed with two double mattresses on top of each other (don’t ask why - it’s crazy comfy).

The living room comes with a great space to do work from home. The kitchen is small but big enough for two. Both rooms get sun-soaked and sitting on the sofa by the window is delightful. The flat is located close to many supermarkets, a walk away from Byers Road and Partick. The neighbourhood is safe, green and calm.

About you:
We primarily look for someone responsible and kind who is in need of the room. A postgraduate student or young professional is preferred. We ask anyone who carries homophobic or racist views to not reach out.

As a safety net for us, we ask for a £150 deposit which will be returned on the move-out date. This will have to be paid in advance to secure the room.
