Hyndland Double Room – Flat Mostly to Yourself

We are relocating to London and are therefore looking for a tenant for the spare double bedroom in our lovely two-bedroom top floor flat on Queensborough Gardens.

We will retain the master bedroom for storage of our belongings and may stay at the flat for up to one weekend per month when visiting friends and family. At all other times, you would have sole use of the flat.

The available room would suit either:

* a single professional female; or
* a couple (please note rent would be higher for couples).

The flat includes:

* a spacious double bedroom;
* a large and bright living room;
* fully equipped kitchen; and
* bathroom shared only during our occasional visits.

The flat is in a fantastic location and comes with the benefit of effectively having the entire property to yourself for the majority of the time.

Location: Hyndland station is a 1 min walk from our flat and Gartnavel Hospital is a 5 min walk. Byers Road is a 12 min walk.
