Looking for someone to take over my room!

We’re looking for a friendly and sociable person to join our flat. It’s a social household, so we’d love someone who enjoys having a chat and spending time with flatmates, while also respecting everyone’s personal space.
The current flatmates have recently finished university and are looking for someone interested in staying long-term. We’re also looking for someone who is tidy and considerate of shared spaces.
Bills are not included in the rent and usually come to around £45–£55 per person per month.
