Room available in a 3-bed, comfortable, clean and well-cared-for flat.

Looking for someone clean, reliable and relaxed. The flat is quite open plan with an open living room and kitchen, so we are preferably looking for someone who enjoys a homely environment and communal living.
The room shares a wall and internal windows with the living room, so some low-level noise is unavoidable.

Ideally looking for someone who shares some similar interests, is sporty, adventurous or creative, but not a party animal.
