Room Available - Short or Long-term

Hi,

I'm looking to rent a room in my flat, I'm a student entering my last year, so really looking for someone also council tax exempt.

I like a chill, quiet place, and kept relatively clean and tidy, so looking for someone similar.

I have a very friendly dog called Ugo, so someone who actively likes dogs would be ideal, and maybe happy to help out now and again.

The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, but close and easily walkable to all the West End stuff.

There's on-street parking, but you need a residents permit which isn't that cheap as a 2nd car.

Bills probably around 80-90 for gas/electric/internet.
