Costs/practicalities:
- Looking to take over lease ideally from 13th July 2026 - not keen on short-term stays (<1 year)

(open to older students if willing to split the council tax; energy and wifi bills may be able to change to new contract so costs could vary)

*The flat originally came as unfurnished, however my flatmate has lived here for 4 years and has furnished it very nicely. They are willing to sell most items to us in the region of £200-300 which we would split if we agreed to keep them (including bed frame/mattress/pillows); but would definitely be taking the bedroom wardrobe/desk/chair, and living room sofas.

A little about me:
- I’ve been in Glasgow for four-odd years now, after living in Edinburgh previously. I work as a doctor, so will sometimes be working long shifts, weekends, and possibly the occasional night shifts. My current flatmate is moving out to live with their partner, so ideally would find someone to move in July 13th, up to August 1st latest (current lease has rent payments by the 1st of the month)
- I’m introverted but friendly and would love to live with someone who enjoys peaceful shared spaces and can also be open to some chats and chill hang-outs.
- In the evenings I’ll usually be decompressing after work, cooking, and listening to music, but can often be in and out for different activities and hobbies. I like to be active, playing frisbee and going to the gym, and going to shows and concerts - if we have shared interests, it'd be fun to connect more over them!
