Short Term Room Let July-August West End

Hi,

I’m subletting my furnished room in a large, spacious basement flat in the West End of Glasgow for the summer. The room is available from the 5th up until 1st September (with the move-out date flexible — any date before 1st Sept).

You’d be sharing with two flatmates in their mid-20s, young professionals. The flat is fairly laid-back and sociable (film nights, kitchen chats), but everyone is also respectful of quiet/personal time. We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and easy-going.

The flat is in a great location — around 5 minutes from the university, Kelvinbridge subway, and the Botanic Gardens, with easy access to local shops/cafes and green space.

The room is furnished, with storage space (drawers/cupboards/bed storage). You’ll have access to the shared kitchen and bathroom (shared with one flatmate).

Rent is £650/month, all bills included (council tax band E).

(Note: there’s cosmetic damage to the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak (no mould). The issue is known and may be repaired during the sublet; I’ll give plenty of notice for any access needed.)
