Spacious and quiet room in North Woodside

Hi there

I'm Remy, a 28 year old PhD student at the University of Glasgow and I am looking for a flatmate to move into this beautiful accomodation available from 21st July onwards. The flat in itself comes fully furnished, with all necessities but the available room is only partly furnished (only the bed will remain with a possibility to keep the wardrobe). The flat is located in North Woodside, a quiet and leafy area only 5 minutes away from the Kelvinbridge subway station.

I like to keep a clean, tidy home and would love to share the space with someone who also takes pride in their environment. If you have a tendency to be messy in the common areas, this flat is not for you.

About the room: It is spacious and quiet, oriented towards the south which gives it a lot of natural light thoughrout the day in addition to amazing views on the west end and Glasgow University's main building. It also has a large walk-in closet.

Bills are about £20 to £40 a month per person all in. As a student, I am exempt from paying council tax which means that you will entirely liable for it in case you are a professional (council band C).

A bit about me: I am rather social and easy going person. I enjoy quiet times at home reading books, listening to music or drawing but also like to host social dinners from time to time. I also love the outdoors and regularly go to the Highlands where I like to indulge in road and mountain cycling as well as trail running.
