Room in beautiful West End flat available ASAP :)

Hi! I am moving out of my room in this gorgeous West End flat and am looking for a new flatmate to replace me with a move in date between now and September.

Location:
The flat is located very close to the Botanical Gardens and lively shops, restaurants, and pubs on busy Great Western Road and Byers Road. It is also 10 minutes walk to Kelvinbridge subway station, 20 minutes to the University of Glasgow, and approx 15 minutes to Lidl and Tesco Extra.

About the flat:
Fully furnished. Huge bedroom and living room with lots of natural light and gorgeous views over the River Kelvin (there is now an extra dining table in the large living room and a sofa in the bedroom, not seen in the photos). Large modern kitchen, including all necessary kitchenware. Two bathrooms (you would be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate). Large shared garden at back. Parking available outside upon purchase of a permit.

About the flatmates:
Three lovely girls, one working full-time, aged 23, and two mature students, aged 25.

What we’re looking for:
Someone who can respect the busy schedules of the other flatmates and keep it relatively chill on weekdays, but of course we love to dance on the weekends! We like to keep our flat tidy, so as a potential flatmate we’d also expect you to keep things neat and clean :) Must also be a woman and LGBTQ+ friendly. Professionals preferred but open to students. No pets and no smokers please.

Rent is £700.75 per month + bills (around £40 per month). Deposit is £662.50. Council tax will also be payable if not a student.
