Double Room in Hyndland

Hi, my current flatmate is moving to London at the end of this week for work so I am looking for someone to take over his room. 

Rent currently comes to around £450 a month at the moment including bills, wifi and council tax (£100 per person). This will go up slightly in the winter with heating.

Students are welcome but have to be willing to split the council tax (already included in the price listed). 

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and shared bathroom. There is a back garden space with a clothes line, table and chairs shared with everyone in the building. 

The room is well furnished and also has a closet space, but there is a bit of extra storage around the flat if needed. My former flatmate has kindly left behind his desk, chair and bedside table as well.

A bit about me, I am 24 from Australia and have been living in the UK for the past 2 years. I enjoy hiking, gym, music festivals, raves, knitting and reading. I often spend 2-3 nights a week at my boyfriend’s so you will have the flat to yourself some nights. 

Looking for a clean and respectful flatmate, females preferred. 

The flat is in an amazing location only a 5 minute walk to Hyndland for Scotrail trains and 10 minute walk to Partick for Scotrail and the subway. Super safe area and friendly neighbours. Beautiful leafy streets with heaps of nice cafes, pubs and shops around the area. 

There is a big Sainsbury's, M&S, Morrison’s and Lidl all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Only a 20-25 minute walk to Byres Road, Glasgow Uni and the botanical gardens. It usually takes only 10 minutes to get to Glasgow Central or Queen Street via trains at Hyndland station as well. 

Parking is available on the street but a permit is required. 

1 month of rent in advance required as a deposit.
