Double room in Finnieston available 8th August

Hi! We have a room available in our flat from the 8th of August as our other flatmate is sadly moving out!

The room is a double room with a large wardrobe and big window. The flat itself is lovely and bright, with a spacious kitchen and living room. It is in a great location in Finnieston, and within 10 minutes walking distance to Lidl, Kelvinbridge subway station, and Exhibition Centre train station.

A little bit about us - I am 23 and a current Master’s student finishing in August and will be working full time in hospitality whilst looking for a job, and Maddy is 20, and works in security. We enjoy going for walks, getting coffees and chilling in the evenings watching TV, but equally we enjoy a good pub night too !!! We enjoy spending time together, but also are respective of each others space.

Rent is £554 not including bills or council tax. Bills are currently around £60 and we are council tax band D. The room would be open to professionals or students if they were willing to contribute to council tax.
