Student Roost Gibson Street Studio takeover £299pw

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my Student Roost Gibson Street studio for the 2026/27 academic year, from 27/8/2026 to 21/8/2027.

The studio is 26.2 sqm, on the 5th floor and south-facing. It has a private bathroom, private kitchen, dishwasher, ventilation system and good storage. Bills are included.

The location is very close to the University of Glasgow, around 5 minutes’ walk to the main campus, and also close to the School of Education, James Watt South and Rankine Building.

My contract rent is £315 per week, and £355 per week now on the website, but I will provide a personal contribution after the official takeover is completed, making the effective rent £299 per week.

This will be handled through the official tenancy takeover process. You do not pay rent or deposit to me privately. Approval, signing and payment will be handled by Student Roost directly.
