West End Flat Double Bedroom - 1 Flatmate

West End flat 4min walk from Hyndland train station..

Hi, I'm going into 4th year at Uni of Strathclyde and looking for another student flatmate - my previous flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend.

About the flat, it's great for transport really anywhere as Hyndland train station is a stone's throw away, this is what I use most days to get into uni/town centre, same deal with bus links as there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road. Right on the edge of Broomhill/Hyndland, you have walking access to pubs, cafes, restaurants, Byres Road and the University of Glasgow. The double room on offer has great lighting and bed+mattress, wardrobe and other furniture all included but no desk. Living room is spacious with TV and there is a good kitchen and bathroom. As these spaces are shared, I am looking for somebody who is clean and tidy, I obviously hold myself to these same standards.

About myself, I am active and motivated work/study-wise, particularly as I am going into my final year here, chilled out and easy to get along with. I mostly split my time between studies, keeping in good shape and frequenting the pubs and cafes mentioned earlier. Mostly in combination with sailing, I have had the chance to travel outside of term time the past few summers.
