I am looking for a flat mate to move in to a spacious west end flat to replace my old flat mate moving out.

You will have the following:
- Your own double bed room with storage
- Your own master bathroom
- Shared living room and kitchen
- Space for home office in living room
- Free on street parking
- Garden with storage space in a shed for bicycles etc. (subject to landlord permission, but he's normally very kind and accepting)
- 1 Gbps wifi

I am currently taking up the space in the master bedroom with ensuite (where i have my own home office), so you would have minimal disturbances during working hours should you choose to WFH. I tend to keep to myself in my room, so you would typically have the living room to yourself.

Council Tax: Band E
Utilities and Wifi typically cost around £70 -£100 per month per person (bit of the steep side as heating bill can get high in winter)
