Bedroom available in spacious West End flat!

Two females currently living in the West End of Glasgow looking for a third flatmate!
Our current third flatmate is moving out mid August so we would be looking for someone to move then or early September. We would then be moving out June of next year, but this isn't set in stone and can be changed if needed.
Student in 5th year at University of Glasgow (22) and full time working graduate (22).
The flat is ground floor, just off of Byres Road and 5 minutes from Hillhead Subway and the University of Glasgow. We have a big shared living room and a spacious kitchen. Your room would be a double, just off the kitchen.
Rent is £666.67 per calendar month, not including bills, which usually come to around £50 per month depending on heating and electricity usage.
