Hyndland House En-Suite Student 26/27-Bills inc

I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Hyndland House, Glasgow, for the 2026/27 academic year, as I’ll be moving into a private flat instead. I’ve lived here for the past two years and it has served me really well, so I’m looking to transfer the room to someone else.

The room is an en-suite for £215 per week, with all bills included, including electricity, water and heating.

The room is courtyard-facing, which means it is quieter than rooms facing the main road and has a pleasant view, especially during sunset!

There is a large shared kitchen, also courtyard-facing. The kitchen can accommodate up to 10 residents, but currently only 2 occupants are booked to share it for 2026/27, as of now.

Hyndland House also has a shared common area with plenty of board games and a pool table too. There is also an outdoor terrace as well.

Hyndland House is close to the University of Glasgow, shopping, transport as well as local cafés:
- Around 1 minute to Tesco
- Around 4 minutes to Lidl
- Around 5 minutes to Morrisons
- Around 1 minute to bus stops, including routes 77, 2 and 3
- Around 3 minutes to Kelvinhall Subway
- Around 7 minutes to Partick train station
- Around 8 minutes to Adam Smith Business School

There are also lots of cafés nearby, including Kaf Coffee, Revival, Amulet and DOH.

Other nearby amenities include:
- Basketball court around 2 minutes away
- A bi-weekly local market around 1 minute away, with food, fresh produce and other local stalls

This is an official tenancy takeover arrangement accepted by Hyndland House and I am happy to cover the transfer/admin fee for the takeover.

Tenancy dates: 5 September 2026 to 28 August 2027
