Due to a change in personal circumstances, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year at Hydnland House. Location is G11 6QQ.

I have lived here for two years and have had a very good experience, especially in terms of location! with the university, supermarkets and public transport all closeby:
- 1 minute to Tesco
- 5 minutes to Lidl and Morrisons
- 1 minute to the nearest bus stop
- 3 minutes to Kelvinhall subway station
- 7 minutes to Partick train station
- 8 minutes to the University of Glasgow’s
- Adam Smith Business School
- Plenty of nearby restaurants and cafés

Room details:
- Private en-suite bedroom (£215 per week) Electricity, water and heating included amd spacious shared kitchen overlooking the courtyard.
- Official tenancy transfer arranged directly through Hyndland House. I am happy to cover the tenancy transfer or administration fee.
