We have two spacious double bedrooms available in a beautifully renovated duplex apartment in Glasgow's West End, near Charing Cross.

Both rooms have their own private bathroom and are available at the same monthly rate.

Rent includes all bills, so there are no extra monthly costs. This covers high-speed Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, and council tax (Band F).

Room 1: Available now for weekly or monthly stays. Ideal if you're looking for flexible accommodation between a few weeks and a few months.

Room 2: Currently occupied and available from the end of November. If you're planning ahead, we'd be happy to hear from you.

The flat is arranged over two levels and is bright, spacious and comfortable. The upper floor features a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, along with one double bedroom and its adjacent private bathroom. The lower floor has a very spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private patio. This layout offers a great balance of shared living space and privacy for each room.

Outside, the property has a private rear garden/patio, and residents also enjoy access to a beautiful private residents' garden via secure coded entry, a peaceful green space that's perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying sunny days.
