Three girls looking for fourth flatmate

Hello!
We are three girls entering our first year of our masters degrees and looking for a fourth flatmate to join us to applying to live at West Princes Street, Woodlands, Glasgow, G4 9HA. We have visited the flat in person and can confirm it is exactly as the photos on the Cairn letting agency post.
The flat has a brand new fitted kitchen, with a brand new hob, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, and washing machine. The rooms are freshly painted, carpeted, and the bathroom brand new.
We are looking for someone to fill the fourth double bed room that is fully furnished with high ceilings.
The location of the flat is brilliant, quiet tenement road with access to public transport. Please note the flat is on the fourth floor.

About us:
We met through sparerooms this summer but have had many video calls together and chats and know we are going to get along. We want another female student to join us who is friendly and clean.
