The flat's in Finnieston, a great spot near Kelvingrove Park, just 10 minutes' walk to Glasgow Uni, with a room overlooking the shared garden/parking. Bills aren't included but should be affordable. The room has a small double bed, and we're in the process of furnishing it with a wardrobe and desk too.
