Room available in an amazing location in the West End. Available from 1st September. Approximately 5 mins away from Botanic Gardens, Great Western Road and Byres Road. There are lots of cool bars, shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Hillhead and Kelvinbridge subway stops are nearby.

The rent is £500 a month and this will be increasing to £525 in November. Council tax (band E) and bills are separate and are approximately £170 a month.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with all the usual amenities and a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms so there is no fighting over the bathroom first thing in the morning! The living room also has a TV, piano and plenty of space to unwind. There is plenty of space and storage throughout the flat. Plenty of parking nearby but you will need to pay for a permit.

You’ll be living with two females, Rebekah and Emma, aged 29 and 27. They are both sociable and friendly, and enjoy going to the gym, gigs, dinners and drinks, as well as having a cosy night in. Rebekah works from home full time with an occasional day in the office and is also a musician. Emma is a free lance radio programmer.

They are looking for someone who is friendly, easygoing, clean, enjoys an occasional night out and is generally good craic/fun. We are all fairly sociable in the flat but we are also equally independent and respectful of everyone’s down time.
