Room for rent in a 4 bed flat in the Hillhead area of Glasgow’s west end. Rent is £650 per calendar month including bills, not including council tax (Band E). Would suit students and working professionals alike as flat is in close proximity to Glasgow Uni and Hillhead subway station, however the council tax situation is likely to favour a graduate working professional.

Due to the make-up of tenants in the flat council tax will have to be split 4 ways. Tenants are 3 males so a male tenant would be preferred, we are also very sociable so would suit someone who enjoys socialising with others.
