Flatmate needed ASAP in 2-BR with River View (G3)

Hi there!

I’m Ken and currently looking for a flatmate in this spacious flat that has a view of River Clyde (G3). I am a medic and will be finishing my masters in Precision Medicine at the University of Glasgow this fall.

🛌 Your Room
Furnished double bedroom with bedside tables, lamps and a window. There’s also a closet and computer table already provided as well as mattress.

🛁 A large bathroom that includes a full bathtub.

🛋️ Living Area
Massive, bright lounge with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall and an unobstructed view of the river Clyde and the city. (We’ll re-arrange it later on)

👨‍🍳 Kitchen
Fully equipped, modern kitchen with wooden cabinetry, oven, microwave and a washer.

📍Location
Near Hilton Glasgow and Nuffield Health Glasgow. 5-minute walking distance to Lidl and 20 minutes walk to University of Glasgow.

Notes:
•Sofa and other furnitures will be added shortly.
•Bills are split 50/50 (Council Tax Band F - 160 each per month / electricity and WIFI)

About me:
Shortly after graduating this September I’ll be transitioning to my clinicals. I am non-smoker,
organized and pretty chill. I enjoy good music as I grew up in a musical family, Fujifilm photographer and a big gamer. I live an active lifestyle and into swimming and crossit/hyrox.

I value my personal space and treat the flat as peaceful, tidy place to relax, so this isn’t a loud chaotic party flat. I’m gonna re-design the space later on to make it even more relaxing :)

What I’m looking for:
- Preferably non-smoker, organized and respectful of shared communal spaces.
- Enjoys a calm relaxed environment
- Plus if you’re in the same field or share the same interests too (but not required)
