Looking for someone to share a cosy 2 bed flat in Glasgow West End. The property I fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers with plenty space for additional furniture if desired. Rent if £500 per month with bills approx £150 each month. There is permit parking available. The flat also has a balcony with sunlight in the evening during summer. The property is a 10 minute walk to Byers road where there are plenty of transport links.
Note the room currently still has all my current flatmates belongings in it so will look different to when the room is available.

I am 26 and a hospital pharmacist, therefore, the flat will be quiet during the day if you work from home. I enjoy spending time with others and would be looking for someone who would be up for hanging out, going for a coffee/pint or having a cuppa with a movie and to bring some life to flat.. I love socialising with friends and exploring the city as I am originally from Edinburgh . I also enjoy going to the gym and baking/cooking with some good music when I have some spare time. ideally, I would be looking for someone with similar interests but this is not essential, however, must be respectful, clean and tidy.

Looking for a23-28 year old professional due to council tax reasons, ideally for long term lease. I am available in the evening if a viewing is desired.
