Gorgeous big room in West End!

Bright, spacious bedroom going in Woodlands, super close to UofG (about 10/15min walk). Kelvinbridge subway is right around the corner, there’s a Tesco across the street and tons of cafes and pubs in the area!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk, chair and a couple of little tables. It also has a fireplace and bay window, so lots of natural light! The kitchen has plenty of storage space (including a huge spice rack and tons of baking equipment), and you’d only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

I’m 24 and just graduated from my masters at UofG, now working in a museum. I’m super outgoing, love getting outdoors, hitting the pub and always up for a chat, so I’m keen to be pals as well as roommates! Your other flatmate will be Jess, she’s 22 and a Classics student at UofG, also super friendly and chatty :)

Bills are approx. £50pm, and council tax is band D! The room is available from October 1, but could be flexible to move from September 15 if needed
