Single Room - West End flatshare

Looking for a respectful, fun and easy-going flatmate for a bright single room available furnished in a ground floor 2-bedroom West End flat. Ideal for students, as the flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Gilmorehill campus and in a vibrant area with loads of shops, cafes and pubs.
The room currently has a single bed with mattress, dresser, hanging rack and light shelving. We have a generous living room with large sofa, 50 inch TV with PS4/firestick for games, movies and shows, lots of bookshelf space and room by the bay window for a desk if desired. Recently refinished floors, paint, and bathroom with shower, this space is very bright and airy.
You'd be sharing with me, a 39 year old professional working at the university, and a generally well-behaved but often scampy 1-year old black cat (adopted from previous flatmate). I'm a quiet, conscientious flatmate who loves to cook, talk cinema or music over a pint or coffee, read, and hit the gym. I work hybrid compressed hours 4 days a week and usually work from home Monday-Tuesday with office days Wednesday-Thursday. I'm occasionally off at my partner's so you'll have the place to yourself from time to time, but otherwise enjoy conversation and socialising!
High-speed broadband is included, council tax and energy bills extra.
