Spacious Flat share near St. George’s Cross

I am looking for a flatmate asap to join my current flat near the West End!

The room advertised has enough space to fit a desk and small pieces of furniture (the desk and book shelf don’t come with the room). You will have your own bathroom on the hallway!

The flat is very spacious with a bright living room and a dishwasher. 2 spacious cupboards for storage in the hallway. The flat is electric, with storage heaters that charge during the night and let out heat during the day at a smaller cost in winter.
The letting agency is very helpful and quick to fix things around.

Super convenient location! St. George’s Cross Subway Station is 2 minutes away and the West End and City Centre are within a walking distance.

Monthly Utilities:
- Council tax: band E (£126/person)
- Internet: £13.5/person
- Energy (electric): £100-£130/person in winter months

I am looking for someone who is very tidy and organised in the shared spaces and someone who I get on well. Would love a balance between socialising (maybe having movies/crafts nights) but also giving each other space when needed. I do sleep around 22:00 on week days, so that’s roughly when I would expect the flat to be quiet ☺️

The rent will be done through the agency.

Required financial criteria:
1. Under employment:
- Proof of income to cover the past 3 months (bank statements, payslips, etc.)
- Yearly Salary of 30x monthly rent (£16.500) or 30x the monthly rent in savings in a UK bank account, which has been there for longer than 3 months.
2. No employment:
- UK based guarantor with a yearly salary of 36x the monthly rent (£19.800)

You would need to have lived in the UK for the past 6 months.

I do love for the flat to feel like home for both of us so feel free to bring your own pieces of furniture/plants/decorations, etc 🥹 Super queer friendly! 🏳️‍🌈

I work from home 3 days a week and 2 in the office. Heating in winter is a non-negotiable ☺️
