I have a large double room in a newly-renovated 3-bedroom traditional Hyndland tenement flat. All bills are included (except phone), including fast fibre broadband.

You would be sharing with me, the owner, and one other person.

The flat has a new bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath. The room for rent is immaculate having also been been entirely renovated.

The flat also has a brand new large dining-kitchen with lots of luxury features.

There is a large lounge with bay window and a great view.

Byres Road is ten minutes' walk, and the amazing Hyndland Fox is just across the road. There are great options for transport into the city centre too. The train is a 5 minute walk from the flat and the train takes 9 minutes. The number 4 bus goes from right outside the front door and takes about 20 minutes.
