I have a lovely spare Double Room in the West End of Glasgow, 5 mins walk from the Botanic Gardens and 10 mins from the University, Hillhead Underground and the cafe's, bars and shops on Byres Road.

The top floor flat is very spacious and situated in Great Western Terrace in Hyndland. Available for use is a large kitchen (with all the modern appliances) and separate laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc).There is secure main door entry and also ample off street free parking directly in front of the building.

The Bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, bookshelf, drawers etc.

Bathroom. I have an existing lodger who has her own ensuite, so the second bathroom will be shared with me.

A bit about me: a single easy going professional who works in Television. I'm sociable, love to cook, go see movies and concerts. Active too - play squash, swim, do yoga, hill walk and travel widely.
