As the flat is a modern new build, the bills are really low and the heating barely needs to be on :-) gas & electricity in winter works out at around £60 per month for the flat.

There is on street parking (G3 area so free after 6pm & at weekends) no permit parking as its a new build flat). Underground basement parking available upon discussion. Preferably looking for busy professionals who will keep the place tidy and are respectful of others property.

Building has a communal rooftop garden which is a sun trap on sunny days ☀️Juliet balcony doors in living room open up and look onto Mitchel Library. Building has a lift and is above a Tesco Express. Glasgow hire bikes station opposite front door of building.

Looking for a flatmate for en-suite room & flatmate for second bedroom which would have sole use of the main bathroom. Looking for 2 people who will stay for at least 12 months ideally.
