Double Room Glasgow Westend.

Furnished double room in great location on corner of byres road in glasgow. Two minute stride to subway then 5 minutes from there into the city centre. University of Glasgow is a 5 or 10 minute walk depending on your gait. The room is currently occupied from the same tenant since 2014 (still alive), but will depart soon for their own place. It is a big double room that is southish facing. The room will be available from around the 1st week in September. The building is a period tenement but slightly different from the standard tenement in Glasgow. It has not been modified structurally and still has a lot of the original features. I've got a wee dog who is a miniature schnauzer. I like brewing my own beer, footering with electronics, fixing hings, etc etc. I like learning. Respectful of folks privacy but like to be sociable too and enjoy going to the pub as long as they have dog biscuits.
