A fully furnished large two bedroom flat with living room located in woodlands. The surrounding area has all the amenities and transport links you could wish for.

The room has a large ikea wardrobe so plenty of storage. Double bed, chest of drawers and desk also included.

You will be sharing the flat with Peter who has lived in the flat for the past year. He currently works at Glasgow University as a researcher.

Bills are not included but amount to approximately £35 pcm for gas and electricity, I bill this to the penny using exact readings. Less you use, less you pay, no flat rate. I feel it's a much fairer way of billing. £20 for broadband and an additional £75 pcm for council tax if you're not a student.
