I am looking for a flatmate from February 2020 onwards for my immaculate ground floor executive flat.
The flat enjoys a quiet and peaceful location within walking distance of Byres Road and Great Western Road where you can easily explore the West End's boutique shops, cozy cafes, picturesque parks, and iconic bars.
The flat is an ideal choice for young professionals and students looking for a medium-long term home in sunny Glasgow!
The rent is £595 p/m which includes all bills, council tax, Internet, Netflix, domestic cleaner, etc.
I am a working professional so out Mon-Fri and often on weekend evenings too as I play in a ceilidh band, therefore as much as I'd be up for socialising, you'll have your own space as much as you like.

The space: One room with day bed (can be used as single or double bed) with drawers, wardrobe, bookshelves, desk (if wanted) and cupboard. One bathroom which you will largely have exclusive use of. Shared lounge and kitchen. The flat was recently freshly painted and refurnished throughout.
The neighbourhood: The neighbourhood has its own road leading up to it meaning there are no passers-by. It is very quiet, safe, and friendly in feel. Close to local church, shops and walking distance to Botanic Gardens and Kelvin Walkway and cycle paths.
Getting around: Walking distance to public amenities and good transport links. Kelvindale train station: 10 minute walk. Private parking space available.
Time to City Centre:
- Train: 18 mins.
- Bus: 15 mins.
- Taxi: 20 mins.
House Rules:
- No smoking.
- Not suitable for pets.
- The room is suitable for a tidy, responsible, non-smoker.
- No visitors to sleepover unless agreed with me in advance.
- I keep my home very clean and tidy and would expect my flatmate to do the same.
