Modern double room to rent

That flat is a very bright, airy and modern space. It's in a great spot, with all that the west end has to offer right on your doorstep. There's also loads of transport links nearby, making it easy to get into the city centre and further afield.

I am a live out landlord. Your flatmate would be 26 year old, Chris, who is an accountant (with a personality!) We are looking for another young professional who is sociable, friendly and clean.

The room is available from 1 June 2018.

The bills per month are approx £30 for gas and electricity, £65 for council tax and £20 for Sky tv/ broadband. These are in addition to rent of £450.

Parking in the west end can be a nightmare but our street has recently been permitted, which makes things a lot easier. If you've got a car, you just need to apply for a permit through the council- around £50 per year.
