Lovely double room available to rent in Yorkhill area of Glasgow, close to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and less than 10 min walk from Glasgow Uni.

The flat is modern and well equipped with a washer/tumbler, dishwasher, security system and lounge.

The room is the picture with the purple wall and double bed. It comes furnished.

Looking for professional or student for the room. You would be sharing the flat with myself (a student going into 5th year of dentistry aged 26) and my partner (26) who is a professional. We also have a small pet dog, so an animal lover is a must.

Rent is £370 not including bills, which are approximately £45 per month. No need to pay council tax if you are student, however if you work you'd split it with my partner.

The room can be rented from 1st May 2017.
