Rent is £570 PCM inclusive of ALL bills which are Virgin tv with sport, fibre broadband, electricity, gas, council tax and we also get a cleaner in once a fortnight for a few hours just to keep on top of the communal areas (Cos who wants to spend their weekends cleaning!)
Bond is one month's Rent + a month in advance which will need to be paid up front.
One thing to note is we do have a resident dog. Her name is Fern, she is a golden lab and the most pleasant relaxed and well behaved dog you will have ever met!
Ideally, we want somebody who is quite tidy, sociable but also respectful of others space.
