I have a large double room available for rent. It contains:
- King Size Bed (FYI double sheets won't fit)
- Desk and Chair
- Two Chest of drawers
- Wardrobe
- Extra Storage space under bed

Flat also has:
- Small guest room with two single beds for visitors
- Spacious Living room (with 4K TV, PS4)
- Up to 100mbps Internet
- All fully furnished

The flat is in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood. Sainsbury's Local is about 500m away. Hyndland Train station is also about 500m away.

I am looking for a lodger for a minimum of 3 months.

As I am a student, the flat is currently council tax exempt, therefore future flatmates would ideally also be students. If you are in employment and are interested in the flat, you must be willing to pay the full sum of council tax that the flat becomes liable to.
The flat is council tax band 'F' which I believe sums to £2030 per year.
