Short term double room in Murano street

Hi there,

I am looking to rent the double room shown in pictures above. This is a ground floor flat with living room (with reclining sofa), seperate kitchen, bathroom, storage room and second bedroom where I will be staying occasionally. There is crockery, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc. (i. e. everything you need
for the house), masses of storage space including a big cupboard in the double room. I also have a desk and chair as well as other furnisher in the storage room, if required this could be fitted into the double room (very flexible). The flat is clean, tidy and convinient. The flat is located next to Ruchill Park, bus stop for busses to the city center are 3 min away, kelvinbridge subway 15 min, Glasgow university 20 min, 24 h Maryhill tesco extra 15 min, city center 20 min and has free parking outside the house. The price includes all bills and 24Mb fiber broadband. In general I have been living for two year at this flat and I am very happy with it.

About myself, I am doing a PhD in chemistry at Glasgow Uni, I am very busy and outgoing so will not be at home much, but also friendly and easy going guy so always up for a chat, meal, drink or whatever. I will be away most
of the time so you will basiclly have the whole flat for yourself.
