A beautiful studio flat, located in the heart of the west end of Glasgow, is now available for two students!

This adorable flat is fully furnished and made up of two single bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and a utility corner. It is centrally heated and includes lots of room for storage. The flat has a private entrance, accessed from the back of the street. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a single bed, table, chair, wardrobe and window.

Situated in the west end of Glasgow, right next to Botanic Gardens, Glasgow University and Hillhead underground station are only a 20min walk from your front door! It is in a peaceful location and proximity to the West End's shops, cafes, parks, bars and transport links makes this flat ideal for students looking for a comfortable home in Glasgow.

We are looking for two students to occupy the single-bed rooms in the studio! Ideally, we would love two students who want to live with each other to occupy the studio flat. However, we understand that this might not be possible. The rent is £550 per room per month) which includes all bills.
