Yeah, so I need to fill a couple rooms on woodlands dr. It's just really well situated flat, its probably only a 3min walk from St. George's Cross and a 10-15min walk into town. Its just off Great western road so you've got all the amenities you could really want.

rents pretty cheap at 350. bills rarely end up being over 25/month (but thats paid quarterly for the power) (and monthly for the internet) and depending on if you're a student or whatever we can talk about HMO and council tax if you want to come round for a viewing
