Single room close to kelvinbridge station

I have a two single room to rent which is furnished and has fitted wardrobes. The flat is ground floor and has kitchen with all appliances, 4 bedrooms, bathroom and living room.

I m a professional and live with my daughter. We are often out and about between school and work. I m very friendly and easy going and like to keep quite active with gym visits in the evening. Also like to cook most nights.

Due to the fact that this is an all female flat i feel that this is only suitable for a girl and preferably to rent on a medium/short term basis as it is only a single room.

Room is really cosy and flat is very clean. Rent includes all bills - if not a student the additional council tax of £60 per month would be added.
