The flat is close to all amenities with shops just across the road including Sainbury's, M&S and Home Bargains. The flat is also just a couple of minutes walking distance to Patrick's train, subway and bus station.
Myself and my current flatmate are currently renting the flat through a leasing company so references are needed. But the process was pretty straightforward. The flat is available from the 1st April.
Hoping to have a few shared interests. Through the week I'll most likely spend evenings at the gym and catching up on the latest series on Netflix. And at weekend I tend to enjoy a beer or two and usually head out to watch football or travel home to Aberdeen for the weekend.
