Large Double Bedroom, West End

Looking for a friendly flatmate to share our home.

Currently there are two of us in the flat. We are both Ph. D students at the University of Glasgow so another postgrad would be nice but professionals are also welcome.
We are a fairly sociable flat and ideally we are looking for someone who might join us for dinner now and again.

The flat is a beautiful, fully modernised 2nd floor tenement with a spacious kitchen and living room. The bedroom is a large furnished double. We have a washing machine, dish washer, double glazing and gas central heating.
The flat is a short walk to the main university campus/byres road and all the west end venues as well as Partick Subway/train/bus, Morrisons and Lidl.

The room is available from the start of April but we are flexible on this and can be available earlier if needed.
