Double Room

We have two double bedrooms available from January 2020. We are situated within walking distance to Gartcosh train station with a 20 min train journey into Glasgow or a 15 minute drive, a two minute drive from Coatbridge and are close to motorway links of M8 M74 & M73 and 15 mins from Eurocentral

We welcome both contractors on a serviced room basis or full time housemates. Bedroom 1 has a double bed wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a two drawer unit. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and a bed side cabinet.

The rooms are light and airy.

The bathroom has a corner bath with shower head, a sink and toilet.

A lounge area is situated on the middle floor of the property.

Kitchen is large and has all the usual appliances

Garden

Whilst we are happy to share with smokers please be aware smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.

We both work shifts, are very easy going. We have one cavalier spaniel and a Heinz 57 dog both are friendly especially when treats are offered!
