Room for rent in Ibrox

My current roommate is moving out in February and the room will be available on the 13th.
The flat is a third floor tenement with no lift access. There is a shared garden with clothes line at the back and free on street parking at the front. Ibrox subway station is less than 5 min walk from the flat and there is a bus stop right outside the front door.
The flat is furnished apart from the room itself comes unfinished.

Bills are not included in the rent, gas and electric is around £60 each in winter, council tax will be up to whether you are a student or professional and broadband is around £15 each a month.
The room tenancy will be with the agency so there will be a reference process through them.

About me:
I love to socialise but I will also be spending a lot of time on uni work (at home or in the library). I often have friends over for games nights or dinners and you are welcome to join.
I also like to keep fit, go dancing, explore the city, travel, do crafts, and cook.
I also dog sit so I will sometimes have a dog in the flat staying overnight.
