Room for rent

My current roommate is moving out in April, so the room will be available from the 13th (with some flexibility if you need to move in a little earlier).

The flat is a third-floor tenement (no lift access) with a shared garden at the back that has a clothes line, and free on-street parking at the front. Ibrox subway station is less than a 5-minute walk away and there’s also a bus stop right outside the front door, so it’s really well connected.

The flat itself is furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished so you can make it your own. We also have a huge cupboard with plenty of storage space available.

Bills are not included in the rent. Gas and electricity are usually around £60 each in winter and less in the summer. Council tax will depend on whether you’re a student or a professional, and WiFi is £16 each per month.

The tenancy for the room will be through the letting agency, so there will be a reference process involved.

A little about me:
I love socialising but I also spend a lot of time focusing on uni work (either at home or in the library). I often have friends over for games nights or dinners and you’d always be welcome to join. I enjoy keeping active, going dancing, exploring the city, travelling, doing crafts, and cooking.

I also dog-sit occasionally, so there may sometimes be a dog staying overnight in the flat.
