Room for rent in beautiful sunny flat

Hi I'm Rosa,

A 29 yo female working professional working full time as a landscape architect.

I am looking for another person to share the flat with and there is a double bedroom available to rent. Looking for someone who ideally shares the values of respect, cleanliness, awareness and understanding. I am looking for someone who mostly works away from home!

I'd like to create a very chilled out share house where you have time to be in your own space and occasionally up to socialise in the evenings :) would be great to find someone keen on the outdoors who is active and likes to get outside for adventures! I climb a lot, mountain bike and love walking.

The flat is pretty big for two people. There is a large kitchen, large hallway and really lovely living room! I keep the flat tidy at all times and there is a cleaner who comes fortnightly! I am a pretty quiet person but I do love to have a chat and feel like this is our shared home.

I am coeliac and therefore the kitchen is kept very clean so that I can keep on top of my gluten free diet! :)

All bills, council tax and internet is included.
On street parking directly outside the flat.

Lots of little local shops along Paisley Road West. Bus stop only a 1 minute walk, buses take you into the CBD, and a metro station 6 minute walk away.
Glasgow Climbing Centre is two doors down. There is also a library a 5 minute walk that has been recently refurbished.
